Supports UNFPA Burundi’s internship programme as an online volunteer mentor in information and communication technology. The assignment researches and documents ICT activities, shares good practice, gives user support, assists digitalisation and electronic archiving, maintains computers and network equipment, resolves network issues, and helps ensure internet and networks for online meetings.

• Research information and communication technologies
• Document ICT activities and share good practices
• Provide first-level support for computer installation, configuration and common issues
• Support digitalisation and electronic archiving
• Assist colleagues with internal-network connection problems
• Maintain and update computers, printers and routers
• Help ensure internet and network-service availability for online meetings

• University-level Master/BAC education in Information and Communication Technology or a related field
• Fluent written and spoken French, English and Kirundi
• Basic knowledge of administration and project management
