Job Description
Provides office messenger and general-services support by handling correspondence, telephone communications, meeting logistics and basic facilities tasks. The role ensures physical documents are received, registered, scanned and delivered promptly, while maintaining confidential records and assisting office operations and basic emergency-prevention activities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain correspondence and event records while safeguarding confidential personal information
- Support institutional telephone services by routing calls and messages under established procedures
- Provide logistical and operational support for meetings, workshops and institutional activities
- Assist office organisation, furniture moves, minor infrastructure needs and physical asset counts
- Deliver internal and external messenger services within La Paz
- Receive, register, scan and distribute physical correspondence and documentation
- Support basic emergency prevention, response and fire-control activities with relevant units
Role Requirements
- High school education in humanities
- User-level experience using computers and office programmes including Microsoft 365, email and file management
- Fluency in Spanish

- University studies in administration, accounting or related fields
