Job Description
Leads the operational planning and delivery of WFP's office relocation in Amman while supporting the Management Services portfolio. The officer develops plans and business cases, coordinates facilities setup and lease closure, manages senior-stakeholder decisions, and strengthens resource planning, workplace safety, sustainability and staff capacity for efficient client-focused services.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Prepare Management Services components of country strategic and resource planning
- Develop and coordinate the office-relocation plan, milestones, responsibilities and needs assessment
- Develop the business case, cost-benefit and accessibility assessment with headquarters facilities
- Oversee furniture, fixtures, utilities, workspace allocation and office-layout setup
- Ensure lease repairs, restoration and final inspection with building management
- Coordinate relocation strategy, budget and approvals with senior management
- Analyse data to support planning and decision-making
- Build staff and partner capacity on Management Services regulations, policies and systems
Role Requirements
- Advanced University degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering or another relevant office-management field, or a First University degree with additional related experience and/or training
- At least 1 year of postgraduate professional experience with an Advanced University degree, or at least 3 years with a First University degree
- Fluency in oral and written English and Arabic
Desired Criteria
- Experience or training in a Management Services line of business such as assets, facilities, fleet or travel
- Experience deriving insights from data, trends and performance metrics
