Job Description
The Business Support Associate coordinates WFP Palestine’s vendor-management and donor-vetting function in Jerusalem, strengthening governance, registration, market research and documentation controls. The role manages vetting workflows and records, reconciles data across systems, follows up compliance actions, and provides procedural support to WFP units, vendors, audits and donor reviews.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor management and donor-vetting activities across the country office
- Review, validate and authorize vetting submissions in the Vetting Portal
- Coordinate collection and review of vendor-registration documentation
- Monitor re-vetting, exemptions and extensions to maintain donor compliance
- Manage vendor databases, trackers, archives and reporting tools
- Coordinate market research, vendor mapping and market analysis
- Conduct quality-assurance reviews and reconciliations across vendor records and systems
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary school education
- Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in administrative work, data management, records management, vendor management, supply chain management, procurement or related fields
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- English CV must be uploaded and mandatory Workday fields completed in English
Desired Criteria
- First university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics or business or public administration
- Experience in challenging environments or field locations
