Partners with WFP Yemen business teams to translate operational needs into digital solutions. The role supports process analysis, solution deployment and adoption, data governance and service management, while coordinating the country office digital portfolio, improving reporting and decision support, and strengthening staff capability to use technology for accountable programme delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support digital initiatives through business cases, planning, risk tracking and benefits monitoring
- Deploy, test, document and hand over approved digital solutions
- Capture and analyse business requirements through diagrams, data models and user-experience designs
- Automate manual processes using approved WFP platforms
- Maintain the service catalogue of current, retired and planned IT solutions
- Manage IT service-desk incident and request handling, escalation and user communication
- Maintain digital platforms for accountability and beneficiary engagement including MODA and SugarCRM
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for programme monitoring and operational oversight
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in computer science, engineering or another relevant field, or first university degree with additional related experience or training
- Five years of relevant experience including one year of professional experience
- English and Arabic

- User-support experience delivering timely, high-quality services to a user community
- Experience modelling data and information flows to document key decisions and results
