Job Description
Builds a roster of Caribbean professionals able to provide administrative and operational support across WFP business functions. Assignments may cover management services, finance, HR, programme, logistics, procurement, IT or communications, helping teams maintain reliable records, coordinate workflows and events, and deliver timely, client-focused services during routine and emergency operations.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, operational and business support for programme and corporate activities
- Prepare and review reports, correspondence, records, presentations and documentation for informed decision-making
- Maintain filing systems, databases and information-management tools that meet organisational standards
- Support assigned administrative, finance, logistics, procurement, programme, HR, communications or IT processes
- Monitor workflows and pending actions to meet deadlines
- Collect, validate and analyse data for reporting and operational planning
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel and workshops and maintain relationships with colleagues, partners and vendors
- Support emergency-response activities and deploy to affected countries when required
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary school education
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in general administrative support
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Nationality of a country covered by the Caribbean Multi-Country Office
Desired Criteria
- Post-secondary certificate in a related functional area
- Knowledge of UN, humanitarian or WFP operations
