Job Description
Maps development-partner support for Tanzania’s NPA-VAWC II across its eight thematic areas. The consultant identifies actors and interventions, analyzes geographic, thematic and financing gaps, develops a regularly updateable partner-mapping tool, conducts validation work in four selected regions, and delivers a final report and searchable Partner Matrix for UNFPA and the DPG-GE.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Map support across the eight thematic areas of the NPA-VAWC II
- Analyze support to identify gaps, overlaps and areas of coordination
- Develop a tool for partner mapping that can be updated regularly
- Provide practical recommendations for future DPG-GE strategic planning
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Development Economics, Social Sciences, or Statistics
- Minimum five years of experience in the gender sector in Tanzania
- Excellent command of English and Swahili
Desired Criteria
- Proven track record in donor coordination or landscape mapping
- In-depth understanding of national and sub-national gender equality and protection coordination structures
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills
