LGU and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist - Metro Manila

Lead local-government and stakeholder engagement for UNDP Philippines’ Green LGUs Project, advancing circular-economy practice with private-sector and civil-society partners. The specialist supports two Tier 1 local governments, develops engagement plans and workplans, coordinates technical and financial assistance, manages project operations and monitors results, risks and reporting for inclusiv.

• Map local-government stakeholders and develop engagement plans
• Co-design circular-economy interventions and support schemes
• Coordinate project activities with local governments and partners
• Manage workplans, budgets, procurement and service provisions
• Monitor results, risks and local project reporting

• Advanced degree in public administration, environmental management, local planning, governance, engineering or a related field
• At least five years working with local governments and stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Filipino
