Lead, Economic Inclusion

Designs and delivers the World Economic Forum’s economic-inclusion and gender-parity initiatives, translating research and stakeholder insight into practical action. The role leads analysis, thought leadership and multi-stakeholder dialogue on financial markets, leadership and artificial intelligence, while aligning the Centre’s portfolio with wider Forum strategy and cross-Centre work.

• Lead economic-inclusion and gender-parity initiatives under the Global Gender Parity Sprint
• Analyse trends using quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into stakeholder action
• Co-create thought-leadership outputs through expert input, data analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Build and maintain communities of stakeholders across the economic-inclusion portfolio
• Design and manage workshops and dialogues on policy and business implications
• Support the thematic unit’s strategy, impact tools, planning and communication flows
• Align work with Forum-wide methodologies, strategic goals and cross-Centre activities
• Represent the Centre internally and externally as needed

• Advanced university degree in economics, business, finance or a related field
• At least eight years of relevant professional experience in government, business, consulting or related sectors
• Ability to lead work on economic inclusion and gender parity with strong economic analysis and business-oriented research
• Ability to develop and deliver high-quality insight and action initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capacity to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and contributors
