Job Description
Support the planning and delivery of IOM's 2026 International Career Development Roundtable in Tallinn. The internship assists with participant registration, conference and parallel-event logistics, speaker support, planning meetings, supplier liaison and coordination with Estonia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other stakeholders, while building experience in international cooperation, organisational management and IOM's work.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivering the Career Development Roundtable
- Support participant registration and enquiries
- Support the conference, career fair and reception logistics
- Assist keynote speakers and clinic presenters
- Coordinate with suppliers, Estonia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other stakeholders
Role Requirements
- Enrolment in the final year of a first university degree or graduation within the last 12 months
- Degree in business administration, management, communications, public administration, international relations or a related field
Desired Criteria
- Relevant experience in human resources, project management or event management
- Website-maintenance experience
