International Consultant: Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to Strengthen Migrant Support, Protection and Access to Rights in Georgia

Develops standard operating procedures that help Georgian civil-society organisations provide coordinated migrant support, protection and access to rights. The international consultant leads technical drafting, stakeholder consultations and validation of practical frameworks for case intake, referrals and service delivery, integrating national context with international good practice and capacity-building support.

• Develop standard operating procedures for migrant-support civil-society organisations
• Review legal and institutional frameworks affecting migrant protection and services
• Map stakeholders, service mechanisms and operational gaps
• Lead consultations and integrate findings into the SOP framework
• Draft practical workflows, referral pathways and service standards
• Support validation and capacity-building activities for SOP implementation

• Advanced postgraduate degree in Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, Sociology, Public Policy, Migration Studies, Public Health, Gender Studies or related discipline
• Fluency in English
• Travel within Georgia for up to 12 days

• Familiarity with migrant support systems, referral mechanisms or case management
• Knowledge of the Georgian migration context
