Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop standard operating procedures for migrant-support civil-society organisations
  • Review legal and institutional frameworks affecting migrant protection and services
  • Map stakeholders, service mechanisms and operational gaps
  • Lead consultations and integrate findings into the SOP framework
  • Draft practical workflows, referral pathways and service standards
  • Support validation and capacity-building activities for SOP implementation

Role Requirements

  • Advanced postgraduate degree in Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, Sociology, Public Policy, Migration Studies, Public Health, Gender Studies or related discipline
  • Fluency in English
  • Travel within Georgia for up to 12 days

Desired Criteria

  • Familiarity with migrant support systems, referral mechanisms or case management
  • Knowledge of the Georgian migration context
