Project Officer (Rehabilitation, Reconciliation and Reintegration Operations)

Coordinates IOM Iraq durable-solutions and rehabilitation, reconciliation and reintegration operations from Erbil with regular project-site travel. The officer oversees programme delivery, staff and partners, budgets, monitoring, reporting, capacity building and government liaison using conflict-sensitive approaches.

Department: Peace, Recovery and Solutions Division

• Coordinate durable-solutions and RRR projects across Iraq
• Supervise field staff and monitor implementation progress
• Manage financial, administrative and technical compliance
• Build capacity of staff, partners and government counterparts
• Develop monitoring tools, reports, proposals and procedures
• Liaise with authorities, UN agencies and implementing partners

• Relevant master degree plus two years, or university degree plus four years
• Programme management and project development experience
• Government and institutional liaison experience
• Emergency-setting and project-cycle knowledge
• English

• Work arrangement: field_based.
• Contract duration: Up to 9 months.
