Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial, administrative and technical delivery of rehabilitation and durable-solutions projects
- Guide programme staff and monitor implementation against objectives and benchmarks
- Supervise field teams, consultants and implementing partners
- Develop projects responding to return, reintegration and recovery priorities
- Deliver capacity-building for staff, partners, officials and humanitarian actors
- Monitor services at Al-Amal centre and areas of return
- Ensure procurement, logistics and financial procedures are applied
- Coordinate donor reporting, information management and programme visibility
Requirements
- Master degree in a relevant field with two years of relevant experience, or university degree with four years
- Experience with an international NGO or UN agency in humanitarian emergencies, post-conflict recovery or stabilisation
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
