Responsibilities

  • Coordinate border-governance programme planning and monitoring
  • Liaise with ministries and national border authorities
  • Supervise national programme personnel and assistance delivery
  • Conduct field visits and recommend implementation improvements
  • Analyse political, public-perception and operational risks
  • Brief mission leadership and prepare analytical reports

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, communications, international relations or political science with two years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with four years
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating programme activities
  • Experience implementing and monitoring migration management, border governance, humanitarian or development programmes
  • Experience working with government counterparts and development partners
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
