Responsibilities
- Coordinate border-governance programme planning and monitoring
- Liaise with ministries and national border authorities
- Supervise national programme personnel and assistance delivery
- Conduct field visits and recommend implementation improvements
- Analyse political, public-perception and operational risks
- Brief mission leadership and prepare analytical reports
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, communications, international relations or political science with two years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with four years
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating programme activities
- Experience implementing and monitoring migration management, border governance, humanitarian or development programmes
- Experience working with government counterparts and development partners
- Fluency in English and Arabic
