Provides Georgian technical expertise for standard operating procedures that strengthen migrant access to information, rights, services and remedies. The national consultant conducts context analysis and stakeholder engagement, supplies evidence to the international consultant, and supports practical SOP drafting, validation and capacity-building so civil-society organisations can deliver coordinated, rights-based migrant support.

  • Review Georgian legal and institutional frameworks affecting migrant services
  • Map civil-society organisations, public institutions and referral pathways
  • Assess support practices, operational gaps and capacity needs

  • Provide contextual inputs and feedback on SOP workflows and tools
  • Support validation workshops and capacity-building activities

Role Requirements

  • Advanced postgraduate degree in Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, Sociology, Public Policy, Migration Studies, Public Health, Gender Studies or related discipline
  • Fluency in Georgian and English
