Summary of Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain UNICEF data systems and tools
  • Support planning reporting and monitoring processes
  • Clean manage and visualize data
  • Develop analytical products and ensure data quality assurance
  • Align indicators with UNICEF global strategic frameworks
  • Build field-team extender and partner capacity on information-management tasks

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in information management statistics computer science or relevant information-management field
  • At least two years of information management data management GIS assessment or situation-analysis experience with UN or NGO
  • Professional information-management skills
  • Proficiency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Knowledge of another official UN language or a local language
  • Formal training in monitoring data GIS or information management
  • Familiarity with UNICEF indicator frameworks humanitarian reporting and planning tools
  • Capacity-building and mentoring experience
  • Country-level development fragile-setting or humanitarian-context experience
