Intern - Data and Information Management and AI

UNIDO’s Data and Information Management and AI internship supports the Agribusiness and Infrastructure Development Division in Vienna. The intern organizes and standardizes project information, maintains knowledge repositories, prepares summaries and knowledge products using approved AI tools, analyses and visualizes data, develops tracking dashboards, and documents knowledge-sharing events.

• Collect, organize and standardize technical-cooperation project information
• Maintain structured project records and knowledge repositories
• Prepare project summaries, briefing notes, lessons learned and knowledge products using approved AI-enabled tools
• Collect, validate, visualize and summarize project information for reporting
• Develop prototype tracking tools, dashboards and reporting templates
• Organize and document webinars, meetings and knowledge-sharing events

• Enrolled in a second-level university degree programme or higher, within one year of completing a second-level university degree, in the final academic year of a first-degree programme, or within one year of completing a first-level university degree
• Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistics or another field relevant to the IET/AGR mandate
• Experience with AI
• Fluency in written and spoken English
