Job Description

The Information Management Associate supports IOM’s cash-based interventions unit in Kyiv by collecting, protecting, validating and analysing Cash Transfer data. The role maintains CBI datasets and databases, verifies data for cash transfers, produces information products and cluster reporting, and ensures data-sharing for internal, partner, donor and OCHA requests supporting cash assistance.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support integrated data gathering and information management for CBI activities
  • Collect, clean, validate and analyse CBI programme data
  • Maintain datasets on populations and cash disbursements
  • Verify data for cash-assistance transfers to beneficiaries
  • Prepare information-product templates using the IOM style guide
  • Support cluster-level reporting through the 4Ws

Role Requirements

  • High school diploma with five years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in data management, visualization and monitoring for CBI programming
  • Extensive knowledge of data-protection guidelines and principles
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with international organizations is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CBI programming is an advantage
  • Expertise in ESRI ArcGIS and GIS software is an advantage
  • Python programming knowledge is an advantage
