Job Description
Supports UNICEF’s Evaluation Office in Rome to communicate and increase the use of evaluation evidence. The associate maintains knowledge-exchange platforms and digital channels, develops and disseminates evaluation products, and contributes research, monitoring and reporting that strengthens access to evaluation information and its use across the organisation.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and research information for UNICEF evaluation knowledge-exchange platforms
- Update the Evaluation Reports Database, evaluation website, SharePoint sites and evaluation social-media channels
- Maintain a roster of copyeditors, translators, designers and photographers for evaluation publications
- Ensure evaluation products are copy-edited, well designed and disseminated through agreed channels
- Conduct document searches and prepare bibliographies, reports and background materials
- Research, analyse, verify and synthesise best practices and lessons to support evaluation use
- Help design a monitoring framework for uptake and use of evaluation evidence
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least six years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience
- Experience in knowledge management, content strategy, SharePoint and social media management
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Technical or university courses in communication, media engagement or international relations
- Experience with web analytics and event planning
- Experience in research assistance, communication and advocacy
- Experience within UNICEF or the broader UN system
- Relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings or humanitarian contexts
