Job Description
IOM seeks an Information Management Officer to strengthen Shelter, Land and Site Coordination in Haiti. The role develops sector information systems, data products, reporting tools and GIS analysis; supports needs and gap analysis, response planning and partner coordination; and builds capacity for protection-sensitive, evidence-based decision-making across shelter, land and settlement responses.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the sector information management strategy, systems and workflows
- Maintain analysis of needs, gaps, partner presence and response coverage
- Develop partner reporting tools, databases, dashboards and mapping platforms
- Coordinate collection, validation, analysis and visualisation of sector data
- Prepare dashboards, gap analyses, maps and response monitoring reports
- Support response planning, indicators and targets with information management inputs
- Represent the sector in inter-agency information management forums
- Provide guidance and capacity strengthening on data standards, GIS and shared platforms
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in a specified field with five years of relevant professional experience or Bachelor’s degree with seven years
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience in humanitarian information management
- Experience developing databases, dashboards, GIS products and analytical outputs
Desired Criteria
- Experience with IOM, the UN system, sector or cluster coordination mechanisms
- Experience with the Haiti humanitarian response
- Working knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish or Haitian Creole
