Job Description
Leads the coordination of Haiti's merged shelter, land and site sector, bringing emergency shelter, non-food items, site management and housing, land and property work into a coherent, protection-centred humanitarian response. The role aligns partners, authorities and communities around operational priorities, evidence, preparedness, advocacy and accountable service delivery.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate SLSC activities and regular partner coordination meetings in Haiti
- Develop sector operational priorities, workplans and technical guidance for shelter, NFI, site coordination and HLP activities
- Represent the sector in inter-cluster, government and partner coordination forums
- Coordinate information management, field monitoring, data analysis and response tracking
- Promote protection mainstreaming, accountability to affected populations and disability inclusion
- Support resource mobilisation, preparedness planning and response prioritisation
- Provide technical guidance and capacity building to partners and authorities
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning or a related field with five years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in the above fields with seven years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English and French
Desired Criteria
- Working knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish or Haitian Creole
