Overview
Coordinate UNDP Morocco’s inclusive-growth portfolio across poverty, employment, social protection, health and development finance. The role assures programme quality, provides policy advice, develops partnerships and funding, and connects national reforms with territorial delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate portfolio implementation, monitoring, reporting and quality assurance
- Provide policy advice and analytical work on inclusive growth, social protection, health and development finance
- Design integrated initiatives, theories of change, results frameworks and risk analyses
- Build partnerships with government, UN entities, financial institutions, private sector, academia and civil society
- Lead resource mobilisation, knowledge products and South-South cooperation
Requirements
- Advanced degree in economics, development studies, political economy, public finance or related field, or a relevant bachelor’s plus 2 additional years
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or 4 years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience coordinating and backstopping development programmes
- Fluent written and spoken French and Arabic
