Summary of Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and provide basic training
- Coordinate cleaning and laundry services across ICRC premises
- Identify staff-development needs and arrange appropriate training
- Resolve minor premises or materials issues and escalate significant concerns
- Ensure staff work safely with adequate conditions and resources
- Organize workloads and optimize use of available resources
- Purchase cleaning materials
- Manage team meetings, performance-development activities and annual leave planning
Role Requirements
- High-school-level education
- More than two years of experience as a housekeeping team leader
- People-management experience
- Intermediate written and spoken English
- Knowledge of basic hygiene principles
- Good physical condition and flexibility to work in stressful situations with extensive hours
- Basic computer skills
- Open to Yemeni nationals only
