Job Description
Leads UNOPS finance analytics and reporting to strengthen financial sustainability and organisational decision-making. The role develops business-intelligence products, forecasting and scenario models, and financial-performance reporting; equips colleagues with data tools and literacy; and manages a team that integrates analytical insight, planning and innovation across the Finance Group.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead development of data analytics and business-intelligence products for financial performance
- Oversee financial data models, dashboards and reports for organisational decision-making
- Analyse multi-source data to identify financial and portfolio trends, opportunities and risks
- Develop forecasting, simulation and scenario models for long-term financial planning
- Advance financial literacy through training and self-service tools
- Improve financial-performance reporting and facilitate performance discussions
- Set work plans, objectives and standards for the Analytics, Budgeting and Management team
- Champion analytical methodologies, innovation and knowledge sharing
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or another numerate field with nine years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with seven years
- Progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting in a large international organisation, business corporation or related area
- International-level managerial experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience working in a United Nations organisation
- Experience with inter-governmental or inter-agency activities
