ET Consultant - Public Financial Management

Leads technical support for World Bank public-financial-management programmes, with equal focus on health-sector financial management and the global PFM work programme. The consultant delivers diagnostics, policy dialogue, technical assistance and learning products that help governments strengthen fiscal institutions, improve health-service financing and implement evidence-based reforms.

• Lead FinHealth diagnostic implementation and prepare country diagnostic reports
• Lead technical assistance and policy dialogue on health-sector public financial management
• Coordinate dissemination, learning and collaboration around the FinHealth toolkit
• Design and deliver trainings, workshops and events for programme partners
• Contribute to diagnostic-toolkit revisions and technical modules
• Manage work plans, budgets, timelines and reporting for programme activities

• Master’s degree in Economics, Financing, Public Financing and Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least eight years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English and ability to carry out World Bank Group missions in French
