Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Private Sector Fundraising Team
- Develop and deliver the country office private-sector fundraising plan
- Acquire, cultivate and retain individual donors and supporters
- Establish and manage partnerships with businesses and key influencers
- Analyse fundraising performance and identify growth opportunities
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, marketing, communications, fundraising, management or a related field
- At least five years of private-sector fundraising experience with responsibility for income targets
- Familiarity with the private sector and previous managerial experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
