Job Description
Provides specialised support to strengthen UNICEF Thailand's in-house face-to-face fundraising operation. The consultant diagnoses operational barriers and leads a practical turnaround and scaling roadmap covering donor acquisition, productivity, leadership and governance. The work builds sustainable internal capability, improves donor quality and cost efficiency, and supports fundraising growth across the 2026–2027 strategy.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Diagnose performance, productivity, donor-quality and operational constraints in the in-house fundraising operation
- Develop a prioritised turnaround and scaling roadmap
- Lead strategic development of the in-house face-to-face fundraising programme
- Improve donor acquisition quality through data-driven decisions and market intelligence
- Oversee budgets, cost per acquisition and financial performance
- Develop workforce plans, leadership capability and succession pipelines
- Strengthen performance and change-management frameworks
- Improve oversight of fundraising agencies and external partners
- Undertake in-country travel when required
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or social work
- Five years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English or Thai
- Open to international candidates only

- Working experience in the Asia-Pacific region
