Cash-based Transfer Specialist

FAO seeks a Cash-based Transfer Specialist in Ilagan, Isabela, to lead the design, coordination and monitoring of cash assistance for vulnerable farming and fishing households, develop transfer plans and partner agreements, strengthen local capacity and support post-distribution monitoring.

• Plan and coordinate cash-based transfer activities
• Develop cash-transfer guidelines and implementation plans
• Advise government and humanitarian partners on modalities and targeting
