Job Description
Supports UNDP Ukraine's recovery project by managing the financial administration of low-value grants and related project operations. The assignment advises grantees, reviews proposals and reports, processes payments, maintains financial documentation and helps ensure that grant delivery follows UNDP procedures, gender-responsive standards and accountable grant oversight.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Advise potential grantees on finalising financial proposals for UNDP grant competitions
- Review financial elements of grant proposals against procedural requirements
- Guide grantees on financial reporting forms, tools and procedures
- Review grantees' financial reports and support accurate, timely performance reporting
- Provide financial guidance on procurement, tendering and budget-utilisation monitoring
- Prepare and process grantee payments under UNDP procedures
- Maintain supporting documentation for contracts and payments
- Contribute to project budgets and budget revisions
Role Requirements
- At least three years of work experience in accounting and/or finance
- Proficient budgeting and finance-utilisation monitoring skills
- English and Ukrainian
