Job Description
This individual contractor will strengthen OzonAction’s global implementing-partner oversight from Nairobi. The assignment manages due diligence, audit follow-up, partner records and risk escalation, while supporting regional teams with monitoring, reporting and performance reviews to improve compliance, accountability and portfolio management across the Montreal Protocol programme.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Review implementing-partner due-diligence status and follow up pending renewals
- Maintain compliant partner records and documentation in the UNEP Partner Portal
- Monitor audit reports and communicate outstanding issues to management
- Track partner risk ratings and support mitigation and escalation processes
- Monitor IPMR deadlines and support regional reporting compliance
- Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards and analytical summaries for regional networks
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project monitoring, programme management, finance, reporting, partner management or related fields, reduced by 2 years with a first-level university degree
- Experience in implementing-partner management, compliance monitoring, risk management or project oversight within the United Nations system
- Experience using enterprise resource planning and business-intelligence tools such as SAP Umoja
- Fluent spoken and written English
Desired Criteria
- Technical training in data analytics, business intelligence or data science
- Experience with United Nations Common System financial policies and processes
- Experience supporting donor-funded programmes and portfolio reporting
- Experience in data analytics
