Job Description
Deliver government-validated transport inputs and an investment-ready pipeline for Nigeria’s NDC 3.0 implementation. The expert will analyse sector measures, prioritise investments, conduct pre-feasibility work, prepare project profiles, facilitate consultations and investor engagement, and integrate just-transition and safeguards into low-carbon transport planning and financing.

Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in transport planning or engineering, urban planning, energy, economics or a related field
- At least 12 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
