Job Description
The Project Administrative and Finance Analyst supports UNDP’s project delivery in Papua New Guinea. The role manages project budgets, payments, financial reporting and Quantum records while coordinating procurement, contracts and logistics. It supports work planning, partner communication and internal controls to ensure timely delivery of climate, forestry and biodiversity project results.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain Quantum projects, including budget revisions, status updates and identification of unutilized funds
- Prepare and update annual work plans and project budgets in line with priorities and implementation schedules
- Coordinate procurement and contractual processes for goods, services and individual contracts
- Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for project activities, missions and events
- Prepare payments and quarterly and annual financial reports
- Facilitate logistical arrangements for consultants, stakeholders, travel and field visits
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences or a related field, or a bachelor degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Bachelor degree applicants require at least two years of relevant administrative, finance or project-operations management experience
- Fluency in English and Tok Pisin
