Field Driver

Provides reliable and safe transport, vehicle care and logistical support for UNFPA’s programme in Legazpi City. The driver carries staff, officials, visitors and official materials; maintains vehicle records, documentation and supplies; completes routine maintenance and accident procedures; and helps ensure that programme personnel can travel safely, efficiently and in line with UNFPA o.

• Drive UNFPA staff, officials and visitors and transport official materials
• Meet visitors at designated locations and assist with airport arrangements
• Maintain daily vehicle logs, maintenance plans and vehicle-history reports
• Perform minor repairs and arrange major repairs and routine servicing
• Maintain insurance, registration, logs, first-aid kit and spare parts
• Track insurance and tax formalities and follow accident procedures
• Translate in the local language for office personnel when needed

• Completed secondary education
• At least two years of driving experience in an international organisation, embassy or UN system with a safe driving record
• Knowledge of driving rules, chauffeur protocol, local roads and defensive driving
• Be fluent in Filipino and English
