Job Description
Supports UNEP’s Geneva Environment Network Secretariat with environmental-information outreach, events and digital communications. The intern helps organize conferences and hybrid meetings, prepares invitations and summaries, coordinates student and country-delegation visits, manages social-media accounts, updates the events calendar and website, gathers information materials, and supports.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Organize outreach meetings and gather information materials
- Organize hybrid meetings and prepare invitations and summaries
- Manage Geneva Environment Network social-media accounts
- Maintain calendar of events and update website
- Prepare student and country delegation visits
- Support secretariat day-to-day work programme tasks
Role Requirements
- Enrollment in or completion of a graduate programme or final academic year of a first university degree
- Knowledge of standard software applications including MS Word PowerPoint Teams and Canva
- Experience drafting articles or social media posts
- Fluency in English and knowledge of French
