• Provide research, reference and information services to a diverse client base
• Use research tools and databases to answer client requests
• Manage and respond to client requests through case management systems
• Evaluate web sources and research findings
• Prepare and communicate research findings and insights clearly

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 years preferably in Library and Information Science or an equivalent field
• Experience providing research, reference, or information services to a diverse client base
• Knowledge of research tools and databases
• Proficiency with Integrated Library Systems such as Primo/Alma
• Excellent command of English written and spoken
