Job Description
Provides emergency nursing care and clinical leadership across South Lebanon governmental hospitals, helping vulnerable patients access safe, timely treatment. The role strengthens triage, patient flow, infection prevention, trauma readiness and documentation, while coaching emergency-department staff, coordinating with hospital and ICRC counterparts, and embedding clinical standards and training.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate access to continuous emergency care with hospital teams and ICRC pathways
- Adapt patient-documentation systems and support audits and chart reviews
- Ensure triage, patient flow and timely treatment meet measurable goals
- Deliver nursing care and clinical management to national and international standards
- Implement infection-prevention, hygiene and patient-safety measures
- Coach emergency-department staff and lead patient rounds and case reviews
- Develop training, SOPs and mass-casualty preparedness with hospital partners
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Valid licence to practise and registration with the Order of Nurses in Lebanon
- Three to five years of hospital experience, including one to three years in emergency-room practice
- BLS and ACLS training
- Legal eligibility to work in Lebanon
- Native Arabic and full professional working English
Desired Criteria
- ERTC, BEC or MCM training
