Job Description
Supports UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships in Hong Kong to deliver digital acquisition, fundraising and supporter engagement. The assistant moderates communities, works with vendors and fundraising markets, manages website, donation-page and social-media content, coordinates events and volunteer support, analyses campaign data, and integrates digital initiatives with wider fundraising campaigns.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support fundraising and engagement activities to meet fundraising targets
- Moderate social communities
- Coordinate external vendors and contractors to deliver activities
- Collaborate with local teams and other PSP fundraising markets
- Manage website, donation-page and social-media-profile content
- Coordinate fundraising events and volunteer or intern support
- Support fundraising administration
- Integrate wider fundraising activity into digital campaigns
Role Requirements
- Completion of high school
- One year of work experience with a high school diploma, or no experience requirement with a bachelor's degree
- Related digital-marketing experience for acquisition and engagement campaigns
- English and Chinese verbal and written communication, particularly Cantonese
- Digital fundraising, website and donation-page content-management experience
Desired Criteria
- Experience in not-for-profit, United Nations or international-institution settings
- HTML5 knowledge for programmatic display advertising

Additional Information
- Hong Kong permanent residence is required
- UNOPS contract renewable each calendar year
- Flexible work may include occasional evenings and weekends
