Provides UNCTAD's ASYCUDA project in Liberia with customs and partner-government-agency automation expertise. Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide customs automation expertise
- Provide functional support to customs and partner government agencies
- Write partner-government-agency specifications for ASYCUDA
- Write ASYCUDA user-guide documentation for Liberia
Role Requirements
- Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years
- Experience in project or programme management, administration or a related area including digitalisation of customs procedures
- English is required
Desired Criteria
- Functional training delivery in a government agency is desirable
- User and functional documentation experience is desirable
- Experience working in an Agile approach and with Agile project-management tools is desirable
