Job Description
Strengthens UNDP Côte d’Ivoire’s capacity to identify, analyse and facilitate sustainable investment aligned with development priorities. The national volunteer assesses markets and risks, structures bankable projects and innovative-finance instruments, builds public-private partnerships, and maintains portfolio evidence for inclusive growth, green jobs and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Identify and analyse investment opportunities in priority sectors
- Conduct market studies, feasibility analyses and country-risk assessments
- Structure bankable projects and innovative-finance mechanisms
- Support due diligence and investment-file appraisal
- Liaise with private-sector, financial-institution and development partners
- Represent UNDP at investment forums, conferences and technical meetings
- Monitor investment-portfolio performance indicators
- Maintain investment-management data and produce periodic reports
Role Requirements
- At least 3 years of national or international experience in entrepreneurship, private sector, public-private partnerships, investment or relevant programmes
- French
Desired Criteria
- Experience with the United Nations or another international development organization
- Interest in private-sector development and public-private partnerships
- Familiarity with database management
