Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic alliances with businesses, industry associations and governments
  • Provide technical leadership on business engagement and Child Rights and Business initiatives
  • Support country offices to develop and strengthen private-sector partnerships
  • Guide evidence generation, capacity building and strategic planning across the region
  • Promote responsible business practices that protect and advance children's rights
  • Mobilise financial and non-financial contributions for meaningful outcomes for children
