Consultant, Support to the Development of Polio and Routine Immunization Business Case for Afghanistan

Develops a donor-ready business case to scale up polio eradication and routine immunisation in Afghanistan. The consultancy analyses immunisation needs and delivery constraints, defines IFRC and Afghan Red Crescent Society value propositions, designs scalable intervention models and financial scenarios, and produces evidence to strengthen investment, partnerships and programme expansion.

• Analyse Afghanistan's immunisation landscape, coverage trends, zero-dose populations and barriers
• Define IFRC and Afghan Red Crescent Society comparative advantages for community-based service delivery
• Identify priority geographies and populations for scale-up
• Design intervention packages and scalable delivery models
• Develop costing scenarios and assess cost-effectiveness and value for money
• Produce an inception report, draft business case, validation workshop and final financial model
• Set measurable coverage targets and resource requirements for expanded immunisation programming

• Ability to develop a comprehensive donor-ready business case for polio eradication and routine immunisation in Afghanistan
