Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyse Afghanistan's immunisation landscape, coverage trends, zero-dose populations and barriers
- Define IFRC and Afghan Red Crescent Society comparative advantages for community-based service delivery
- Identify priority geographies and populations for scale-up
- Design intervention packages and scalable delivery models
- Develop costing scenarios and assess cost-effectiveness and value for money
- Produce an inception report, draft business case, validation workshop and final financial model
- Set measurable coverage targets and resource requirements for expanded immunisation programming
