Summary of Responsibilities
- Undertake consultancy assignments under approved terms of reference, methodology and workplan
- Apply technical knowledge, evidence and relevant national or provincial frameworks
- Conduct analysis, assessments, consultations and technical work for agreed outputs
- Prepare agreed deliverables and incorporate consolidated technical feedback
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with UNICEF policies and contractual requirements
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a listed WASH, engineering, climate, development, public-policy, law or governance discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in a roster area
- Fluency in English
- Provide a CV, short cover letter, writing samples, presentation sample and client or supervisor references
Desired Criteria
- Experience with government, UN agencies, development partners or WASH-sector institutions
- Experience working in Pakistan with federal or provincial authorities or communities
- Knowledge of Urdu or relevant provincial or local languages
