Consultant Roster – WASH Systems Strengthening and Climate-Resilient WASHNew

Join UNICEF Pakistan's consultant roster to provide WASH expertise through specific terms of reference. Consultants may support policy, financing, accountability, monitoring, community engagement and climate-resilient service design; undertake analysis and consultations; produce agreed technical outputs; and apply evidence, good practice, confidentiality and UNICEF contractual requirements.

• Undertake consultancy assignments under approved terms of reference, methodology and workplan
• Apply technical knowledge, evidence and relevant national or provincial frameworks
• Conduct analysis, assessments, consultations and technical work for agreed outputs
• Prepare agreed deliverables and incorporate consolidated technical feedback
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with UNICEF policies and contractual requirements

• Advanced university degree in a listed WASH, engineering, climate, development, public-policy, law or governance discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in a roster area
• Fluency in English
• Provide a CV, short cover letter, writing samples, presentation sample and client or supervisor references

• Experience with government, UN agencies, development partners or WASH-sector institutions
• Experience working in Pakistan with federal or provincial authorities or communities
• Knowledge of Urdu or relevant provincial or local languages
