The Financial Monitoring Consultant supports the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine by developing anti-money-laundering recommendations, analysing financial-monitoring risks and producing analytical and educational materials. The home-based roster consultancy contributes to Ukraine’s national risk assessment, AML/CFT policy development and capacity building, with travel when required.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop recommendations for Ukrainian non-financial businesses

Role Requirements
- First-level university degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field
- At least five years of financial-monitoring or anti-money-laundering experience
- Excellent Ukrainian and working knowledge of English
- Practical experience using Microsoft applications
Desired Criteria
- Advanced degree or professional certification in financial monitoring
- Publications or international project experience in AML/CFT
