Job Description

The Financial Monitoring Consultant supports the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine by developing anti-money-laundering recommendations, analysing financial-monitoring risks and producing analytical and educational materials. The home-based roster consultancy contributes to Ukraine’s national risk assessment, AML/CFT policy development and capacity building, with travel when required.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop recommendations for Ukrainian non-financial businesses
  • Analyse risk-assessment documents and update methodologies
  • Research international standards and regulatory developments
  • Develop AML/CFT analytical and educational materials

Role Requirements

  • First-level university degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field
  • At least five years of financial-monitoring or anti-money-laundering experience
  • Excellent Ukrainian and working knowledge of English
  • Practical experience using Microsoft applications

Desired Criteria

  • Advanced degree or professional certification in financial monitoring
  • Publications or international project experience in AML/CFT
