Responsibilities
- Record and monitor extra-budgetary pledges, agreements and contributions
- Review project proposals and donor conditions for financial and compliance risks
- Prepare portfolio analyses and reports for management and participating States
- Support year-end closure and reconciliation processes
- Maintain data in Oracle Projects and Grants modules
- Advise programme teams on contribution-management procedures
Requirements
- First-level university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- At least four years of relevant experience, or two years with a second-level university degree
- Experience in financial analysis, contribution or grant administration, reporting and compliance
- Professional fluency in English
- Nomination by an OSCE participating State
