Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor extra-budgetary pledges, agreements and contributions
  • Review project proposals and donor conditions for financial and compliance risks
  • Prepare portfolio analyses and reports for management and participating States
  • Support year-end closure and reconciliation processes
  • Maintain data in Oracle Projects and Grants modules
  • Advise programme teams on contribution-management procedures

Requirements

  • First-level university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
  • At least four years of relevant experience, or two years with a second-level university degree
  • Experience in financial analysis, contribution or grant administration, reporting and compliance
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Nomination by an OSCE participating State
