Overview
Supports accurate and timely OSCE payroll administration by checking payroll inputs, processing salaries and deductions, maintaining ERP data, resolving routine system issues and producing documentation for reporting and audit.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify payroll data for salaries, benefits and deductions
- Check payroll inputs for accuracy, completeness and compliance with policies
- Respond to routine payroll queries from staff and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Finance, IT and service providers to resolve payroll data and system issues
- Maintain payroll and post data in the ERP system based on approved requests
- Prepare payroll reports, extracts and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Introductory formal training in human resource management
- At least five years of experience in payroll, benefits and entitlements, accounting or HR administration; a relevant university degree may substitute for up to two years
- Experience with payroll systems and HR databases
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Digital literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet tools
- Nationality of an OSCE participating State
