Job Description

Evaluates the Jamaica Red Cross cash and voucher assistance response to Hurricane Melissa. The consultant will assess relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, safeguarding and preparedness; analyse programme and AccessRC data with affected communities and operational partners; and deliver evidence-based lessons and recommendations that strengthen future emergency cash responses in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
