Responsibilities
- Advise senior officials and organisation-wide communication focal points
- Engage delegations, media representatives and members of the public
- Develop visual stories, messages and content for multiple channels
- Manage corporate social-media accounts and daily publishing schedules
- Create communication plans and products for programmes and senior officials
- Provide communication support for events and conferences
- Coordinate professional communication across institutions and field operations
- Respond to media and public enquiries and join the duty roster
Requirements
- Second-level degree in journalism, communications, political science, international affairs or a related field, or first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of communications experience, or seven years with a first-level degree
- Experience spanning social media, media relations, public relations and advocacy
- Several years of writing, editing and communication-material production experience
- Ability to apply political judgement and present organisational achievements to external audiences
- Professional English fluency
- Computer literacy with practical Microsoft-application experience
