Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain the OSCE public website content and structure each day
- Coordinate with the web developer on website performance and user needs
- Guide, train and troubleshoot the network of internal website contributors
- Enforce website content guidelines and publishing policies
- Create texts, visuals and stories for multiple communication channels
- Deliver communication products for programmes, events and conferences
- Align communications across OSCE institutions and field operations
- Participate in the communications duty roster
Role Requirements
- Second-level degree in journalism, communications, multimedia, political science, international affairs or a related field, or first-level degree with two additional years of experience
- At least two years of communications experience, or four years with a first-level degree
- Experience in social media, multimedia and website management
- Experience writing, editing and producing communication materials
- Ability to apply political judgement and present organisational work to external audiences
- Professional English fluency
- Computer literacy with practical Microsoft-application experience
Desired Criteria
- Experience with Drupal or a similar content-management system
- Communications experience in an international organisation, NGO or journalism
- Knowledge of another OSCE official language
