• Draft and distribute press releases, statements and media advisories
• Prepare and distribute a daily news digest
• Develop and implement Mission media strategy
• Handle media inquiries, interviews and press conferences
• Manage media-freedom projects and reporting
• Manage Mission social media and website

• First-level degree in journalism, international relations, communications, public relations, media studies or related field
• At least six years of media and public-affairs experience
• Professional English fluency and working Russian
• Project management experience
• Duty-station nationals and permanent residents are ineligible
