Job Description
Lead IOM's Ethics and Conduct Unit within the Office of Ethics and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment. The Chief manages the unit's people, work programme and resources; leads ethics policy, advice, training, outreach and disclosure work; promotes integrity and whistleblower protection; and provides strategic ethics analysis, reporting and coordination across the organization.
